In-Service Teacher Trainer, Curriculum Facilitator
Specialized in teacher learning and in-service teacher training, Iida-Maria has given inspirational lectures and workshops in over 200 events to more than 5000 teachers. She is doing cutting edge visionary work in bridging the gap between research and practice with schools as learning communities. Iida-Maria has co-written the book Recipes of Finnish Curriculum Implementation – Teachers Guide to Succeeding (2016). She is also researching interdisciplinary learning and teacher professional learning at the University of Tampere, Finland.
