Experience more than 15 years as a teacher in Primary and Secondary school, running big educational training process for more than 3000 teacher from 2003. My goal and ambitious is making better schools and learning for children and youngs. Pia Lumme is enthusiastic, energetic, and encouraging educator and teacher trainer. She has the ability to inspire teachers to develop their approach to education for ever better results. She is demanding with a positive touch and has the ability to help adults strive for the best. Pia Lumme has designed, organized, and operated more than 100 events for teachers, educators, principals and school administratives as a learning process.
